Gull Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was developed by Gary Craig as a tool for eliminating emotional blocks in the body which too often lead to illness and pain. When I learned about EFT, I saw it as a powerful took to help clients remove emotional blocks and limiting beliefs that might hinder our coaching. I've found that it's very useful for dealing with negative emotions and distractions to being fully present, too.
