Since October, 2008, master coach Barbara Luther has steadily eliminated pounds so that she's now celebrating weighing 70 pounds less than she did then.  

Barbara certainly doesn't have a definitive solution for ADHD and weight issues, but she does have some insights and her personal experience to share.
